June, You Whore!

Miss June! Boo you, whore! You raggedy bitch! You made me sick. You’re the scum between my toes! Gimme me my money back! Damn, sis what thee fuck!

Quick Life Update:

June took my money!

Yeah, she's a triflin' friend indeed

Oh, she's a gold digger

Way over town, that digs on me

When you ask for the blessings and you receive them, get ready, stay ready, and you still might not be ready. They say you have to pay to play, but I feel like I was robbed. Okay, I’m sure you’ve picked up that I am a little dramatic, but damn, sis.

Boss, my car, needed a “lil” check-up and some new shoes… That lil check up cost me $2,000 in 3 days. This was before I had even received my first check from my new job. I am just wondering how do people save when everything costs money and so much is out of our control?? I could’ve cried, but I thought about my best friend who stays manifesting shit. She told me to constantly remind myself that “I am a magnet for money and abundance.” YEAHHHHH! I took that to mean “I spend a check and get it right back.”

The reality of it all is as soon as you spend the check and get it back you have to spend another check and bust your ass to increase your cash flows. Sis, the shit is hard and I don’t even have major bills yet. I don’t yet have a house of my own, but I’m building one to sell and that cost moneyyyyy. Like “A LAAAARGGGGEEE??” type money. (I hope y’all are getting these references.)

Quick update:

  • The house is officially framed and I’ve chosen to go with blue as a base color!

You have to pay to play and spend money to make it, but in the process do not forget to take care of yourself.

Real estate, entrepreneurship, and the aviation industry are all teaching me different lessons at one time. It is a lot to digest, but I can say that I am growing and stretching at an exponential rate. To my girls who haven’t yet reached this point, ask the right questions to the right people. Don’t question God because he has the plan and you’re merely a vessel. Just keep moving and loving those who love you. I have said for years that I am not here to be a role model because I mess up too, but I will reach back and offer gems to make the lives of those behind me a little easier.

New Experience Alert:

My Best friend and I went to an adult tea party at Virgin Mobile Hotel in Dallas! It was one of the coolest experiences I have had in a while and it was very on brand. All of the teas came with alcohol in them! Y'all VSOP was in my tea! It was such a cute experience and they do it twice a month I believe. If you're ever in Dallas, definitely try it out. It was such a vibe. They had tea snacks int the bird cage and all. After that, we checked out the rooftop and it, too, was top notch. Shout out to Richard Branson for founding the Virgin Group and being the fist to see if the "not-so-common" man could ever go to space. Them damn tickets are $250,000 and the waitlist has 600 people on it, but I digress!

Damn, Sis. Let's end June’s blog with some July wishes.

For July:

I am saving more than I be spending that’s what I’ll be on. I will continue to learn and show the value I add to my new position at my job. I will begin to transition out of this phase and pre-game for the next one. I will love on my family harder than ever as I walk into my future. I want to do a better job of going with the flow when things do not go as planned. I will make a game plan for my investment property because this project is moving! I’ll continue to work on being more considerate and compassionate toward those around me.

Sis, out.
